On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious living room decorated in a bistro style, with its exposed period beams.

The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open to the living room.
It allows you to cook independently while sharing moments of life, whether preparing your meals or simply reheating a regional dish bought at the market in Tonnerre or Chablis.

First floor: a master bedroom overlooking the wooded park, equipped with a modular king-size bed, with a private shower room and WC on the landing.
Second floor: an attic bedroom with exposed beams, featuring a modular king-size bed, a bright bathroom and a separate toilet.
Each floor has its own space, ensuring privacy and comfort for couples or families.

Cancellation policy
Because unforeseen circumstances can always arise, here are our cancellation terms and conditions, designed to be fair and transparent:

- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: a 25% deduction will be applied.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.

- Arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departures between 8am and 11am.
- Arrival and departure times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability.

Household linen: To ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and perfectly hygienic stay, we systematically provide and install household linen, including:
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Large towels and small towels
- Tea towels
This means that everything is ready for your arrival, and you don't need to worry about a thing.

The true story of Maison Biscotte
One day, a little girl arrived at this house for the first time.
She put down her bag, ran into the garden, then stood speechless in front of the large stone façade, all slender, slightly crooked, with its light-coloured shutters and strange height.
She went inside, climbed the stairs, visited the rooms laughing, then turned to her mother and said, very seriously:
“But hey, this house is… a biscuit house! Because it’s all crooked and wonky… It’s a funny crooked house. And it has three floors: downstairs we play, in the middle we sleep, and upstairs we dream.”
Since that day, it has remained: The Crooked House
A slightly leaning, slightly magical house, where life is good even when nothing is quite straight.
A crispy, bite-sized refuge for those who love to climb, dream… and have fun.
With its three stacked slices — the cosy living room, the parents’ bedroom and the attic bedroom — the Biscotte House welcomes families and friends into a cocoon of softness and imagination. A house you could eat!
