This charming cottage near Chablis is a Burgundy stone house that has been completely renovated to offer you an authentic and welcoming stay with all modern comforts.
It can accommodate 4 to 6 people independently for an enchanting stay in Burgundy
♥ Enjoy its friendly atmosphere
On the ground floor, the house offers a large living room opening onto the terrace, creating an atmosphere conducive to shared moments.
On the same level, settle into the ‘Belle-époque’ master bedroom and sleep in a king-size bed. Its private bathroom has been carefully renovated and equipped with a large shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with personalised décor and a bathroom with toilet.
- The ‘Romantic’ bedroom : Featuring a sumptuous King Size bed (180cm). For your convenience, this can be configured as two separate twin beds upon request prior to arrival.
- The ‘Garden’ bedroom with two comfortable single beds (90cm each), perfect for children or friends. These can also be joined to create a large double bed upon request.

Cancellation policy
Because unforeseen circumstances can always arise, here are our cancellation terms and conditions, designed to be fair and transparent:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: a 25% deduction will be applied.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.

Payment terms
- To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit will be required.
- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Information for your stay
Arrivals and departures
- Arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departures between 8am and 11am.
- Arrival and departure times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability.

Household linen: To ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and perfectly hygienic stay, we systematically provide and install household linen, including:
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Large towels and small towels
- Tea towels
This means that everything is ready for your arrival, and you don't need to worry about a thing.

- Basic cleaning kit
Services added to the nightly rate:
- Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult/night
- Cleaning fee per stay: €30
