La Maison d’Amis and La Maison Biscotte are two neighbouring, independent houses built from Burgundy stone,
ideal for accommodating a large or blended family, or a group of friends for up to 10 people,
in a warm and friendly setting.
♥ Enjoy the space and comfort
Completely renovated, both houses offer all modern comforts.
They have a total of 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining areas
allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy.
♥ Savour your independence
Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook independently.
A charcoal barbecue and a plancha grill are also available for your convivial meals.
♥ Enjoy three outdoor terraces
Each house has its own private terrace.
You can also gather on the large shared terrace by the river, ideal for sharing meals and moments together.

You will have access to the estate’s shared areas:
🌳 A large, fully enclosed wooded park
🏰 A children’s play area (swings, slide, climbing wall, tree house).
⛱️ The large, lit terrace by the river, equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture,
is perfect for relaxing, enjoying aperitifs and long summer evenings.
🚣🏻 Direct access to the river allows for swimming, kayaking or fishing.
Access is fully secured by a child-proof barrier similar to those used for swimming pools.

Located in Tonnerre, in the northern part of Burgundy, Le Clos de l’Armançon is ideally situated to explore the famous vineyards of Chablis, only about twenty minutes away. Many international visitors come to the region for its renowned wines, charming Burgundy villages and peaceful countryside. The two charming holiday house therefore offer a comfortable base for discovering the vineyards, local markets and scenic routes of the Tonnerrois.

Cancellation policy
Because unforeseen circumstances can always arise, here are our cancellation terms and conditions, designed to be fair and transparent:

- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: a 25% deduction will be applied.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.

- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Information for your stay
Arrivals and departures
- Arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departures between 8am and 11am.
- Arrival and departure times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability.

Household linen: To ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and perfectly hygienic stay, we systematically provide and install household linen, including:
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Large towels and small towels
- Tea towels
This means that everything is ready for your arrival, and you don't need to worry about a thing.
- Basic kitchen kit
- Basic cleaning kit
Services added to the nightly rate:
- Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult/night
- Cleaning fee per stay: €30
