♣ Booking Conditions

    • Direct Bookings: via our website or by email at: reservation@closdelarmancon.fr

    • Groups & Special Events: For group bookings, special events, or long stays, please contact us in advance.

    • Identification: A copy of your ID card or passport will be requested at the time of booking.

♣ Payment Terms & Trust Policy

    • Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

    • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival.

Methods of Payment:

      • Online payment via our website (Stripe or PayPal).

      • Payment via PayPal link or Bank Transfer.

      • Please note: Checks are not accepted.

    • No Security Deposit – Our Trust Policy: At Le Clos de l’Armançon, we place our full trust in our guests and do not require a security deposit. Should a minor accident occur (a broken glass, a chipped dish, etc.), we simply ask that you let us know so we can ensure everything is perfect for the next visitors. For more significant accidental damages, your personal liability insurance (assurance villégiature), which is typically included in your home insurance policy, will provide coverage.

    • 🚩  Note: Access to the accommodation is subject to the full payment of the stay.

♣ Cancellation Policy

Because the unexpected can always happen, our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of all amounts paid.

    • Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: A 25% cancellation fee will apply.

    • Less than 5 days before arrival: The total amount of the stay remains due.

For direct bookings:

    • Online payment via our website (Stripe or PayPal).

    • Payment via PayPal link.

    • Payment by Bank Transfer available upon request for group bookings or long stays.

    • Please note: Checks are not accepted.

For bookings via third-party platforms:

    • Payment is managed directly by the platform.

    • Your booking is confirmed following a prior email from us.

♣ House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect our house rules. In the event of non-compliance (excessive noise, damage, disorder, or failure to follow safety instructions), we may unfortunately be required to shorten your stay.
