Trust and Serenity
We place our full trust in our guests. Should a minor accident occur (a broken glass, a chipped dish, etc.), we simply ask that you let us know so we can replace it for the next visitors. For any more significant damages, your holiday liability insurance (assurance villégiature) will provide coverage.

📌 Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult, per night.
📌 End-of-stay cleaning fee: €30 per booking.

📌 Stay duration: For your comfort, we prioritise a 2-night minimum stay (3 nights during peak season).
Benefits for stays of several nights
- 5% for stays of more than 3 days
- 10% for stays of more than 7 days
Cancellation policy
Because unforeseen circumstances can always arise, here are our cancellation terms and conditions, designed to be fair and transparent:

- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: a 25% deduction will be applied.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.

- To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit will be required.
- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Information for your stay
Arrivals and departures
- Arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departures between 8am and 11am.
- Arrival and departure times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability.
Included in the price of your stay
Household linen: To ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and perfectly hygienic stay, we systematically provide and install household linen, including:
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Large towels and small towels
- Tea towels
This means that everything is ready for your arrival, and you don't need to worry about a thing.
- Basic kitchen kit
- Basic cleaning kit
Services added to the nightly rate:
- Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult/night
- Cleaning fee per stay: €30
Additional options upon reservation
- Free baby kit available on request, subject to availability at the time of booking (high chair, travel cot, booster seat)
- Free barbecue available, subject to availability at the time of booking
- Electric griddle available, subject to availability at the time of booking
