The houses are fully equipped so you can settle in comfortably without worrying about the essentials.
A basic kit is also available (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, etc.).

Some options can be offered depending on your needs and the period of your stay (baby equipment, barbecue, plancha, etc.).
Additional services can also be arranged to make your arrival easier (grocery delivery, breakfast pastries, etc.).

♣ A contribution to cleaning and household linen is requested.
The amount varies depending on the house.
This allows us to ensure a consistent level of comfort and quality for every stay.

♣ It is possible to book for one night during low and mid season.
In high season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

♣ The tourist tax is not included in the stay.
It is set by the local municipality at €1.60 per adult, per night.
It is fully collected on behalf of the municipality.

♣  No security deposit is required.
We trust our guests to take care of our 4-star property. In case of minor damage (broken glass, chipped dish, etc.), we simply ask that you inform us so we can replace it and maintain the quality of the property.
Your holiday insurance covers more significant damages if needed.

♣ Yes, the property is particularly well suited for family stays.
The outdoor areas, park and play area allow children to fully enjoy the surroundings under their parents’ supervision.
Access to the river is secured by a pool-style barrier, and the property is fully enclosed.

♣ La Maison d’Amis can accommodate up to 6 guests, and La Maison Biscotte up to 4 guests.
Both houses can be rented together (Les Maisons Voisines) to accommodate up to 10 guests in total.

♣ Yes, this is a configuration we regularly welcome for family gatherings or stays with friends.
The Maisons Voisines option allows you to share your stay while keeping separate spaces for each group, combining conviviality and privacy.

♣  Each house has its own private indoor spaces.
When both houses are rented together, the outdoor areas also become entirely private for your stay.

♣  Bookings are made directly on our website, simply and securely.
This allows you to benefit from the best conditions for your stay, with a personalised exchange if needed before confirmation.

♣  Yes, a deposit of 40% of the total stay is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

♣  Depending on availability, we always do our best to accommodate your request.
