• Ready for your arrival: For your comfort, your beds are freshly made before you arrive, and all linens are provided (sheets, towels, and kitchen linens).

• Local Hospitality: A gourmet treat from our region awaits you, a welcoming touch to celebrate your arrival on the banks of the Armançon.

• Attention to Detail: A selection of teas, herbal infusions, and coffee capsules are at your disposal. You will also find complimentary toiletries in your bathroom.

• Family Peace of Mind: Travel light – we can provide a full baby kit upon request (cot, high chair, and baby bath).

To ensure nothing interrupts your days of discovery or your moments of rest:

• Groceries ready for your arrival: Don’t waste a minute at the supermarket. Order your groceries online, and we will collect and put them away in your kitchen before or during your stay. (Practical details available upon request)

• The Baker’s Basket: A crusty baguette and warm croissants? Every morning, we deliver a selection of fresh artisan bread and mini-pastries directly to your table. (Please order by 10 AM the day before)

• Mid-stay Cleaning & Linens: For longer stays, we can provide intermediate cleaning services or a refresh of your linens upon request.

• Dining & Togetherness: A Barbecue and Plancha are ready for your outdoor lunches and dinners. (Subject to availability – please book in advance)

• Riverside Relaxation: Enjoy a quiet break or an apéritif on the large riverside terrace – private, secluded, and beautifully lit for long summer evenings.

• Family & Safety: Enjoy the outdoors with total peace of mind. A dedicated play area is available for children, featuring a trampoline, swing, playhouse, and a mini climbing wall.

• Safety First: For our youngest guests, access to the riverside terrace is fully secured. The entire estate is enclosed with a secure coded gate.
