Welcome to Le Clos de l’Armançon!

We strive to make your stay as pleasant and unforgettable as possible, within a peaceful environment that respects everyone’s well-being. By booking, you agree to the following rules, designed to ensure the comfort, safety, and serenity of all our guests.

♥ General Conditions

  • All residents and visitors must respect these rules and any instructions provided by the estate manager during their stay.

  • Please promptly report any incidents or concerns regarding the neighborhood to us.

♥ Peace and Quiet

  • Tranquility is essential: please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • Excessive noise disturbances, day or night, are strictly prohibited.

  • Respectful behavior towards other guests and neighbors is expected at all times.

♥ External Visitors

  • Outside visitors are welcome, subject to prior authorization from the manager.

  • The number of visitors must remain reasonable and must not exceed the property’s capacity.

  • For visitors wishing to stay overnight, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

♥ Parties and Events

  • Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  • Small gatherings are tolerated only if they respect the rules of quiet hours, neighborhood peace, and maximum visitor capacity.

♥ Parking

  • Parking is not permitted inside the estate, except for loading and unloading luggage.

  • Two free parking options are available:
    – Directly in front of the property.
    – At the “Place de la Gare” (a 5-minute walk).

♥ Waste Management

  • Please place your trash and recyclables in the designated bins located near the gate.

  • Compostable waste (vegetable matter only) should be placed in the compost bin at the back of the park, behind the play area.

  • No litter should be left in common areas or outdoors.

♥ Safety and Security

  • Always close doors and windows when leaving your accommodation.

  • Please turn off lights and unused appliances to conserve energy.

  • River Access: Access to the river is secured by a safety fence. Gates must remain closed when not in use.

  • Children: Children must be under adult supervision at all times, especially around the river and the playground.

♥ Access to the Property

  • The main gate is secure. You will receive a badge upon arrival, which must be returned upon departure.

  • Access is also available via a keypad (digicode) and an interior switch.

♥ Non-Smoking Policy

  • All accommodations are strictly non-smoking.

  • Smoking outdoors is tolerated provided that cigarette butts are collected. No waste should be thrown on the ground or into the river.

♥ Pets

  • Pets are not allowed, either inside or outside the accommodations.

♥ Shared Spaces

  • Common areas are available to everyone. Please maintain a respectful and kind attitude.

  • Each guest is responsible for the cleanliness and proper use of these areas.

  • Picking flowers or plants from the garden is prohibited.
