This charming cottage near Chablis is a Burgundy stone house that has been completely renovated to offer you an authentic and welcoming stay with all modern comforts.
It can accommodate 4 to 6 people independently for an enchanting stay in Burgundy

On the ground floor, the house offers a large living room opening onto the terrace, creating an atmosphere conducive to shared moments.
On the same level, settle into the ‘Belle-époque’ master bedroom and sleep in a king-size bed. Its private bathroom has been carefully renovated and equipped with a large shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with personalised décor and a bathroom with toilet.
- The ‘Romantic’ bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds, a desk area and storage space.
- The ‘Garden’ bedroom sleeps two people in single beds (which can be pushed together to form a king-size bed) with a desk area and an unobstructed view of the park and its river.

The large, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and share meals for six people in a relaxed, family atmosphere.

The terrace provides direct access to the river for swimming, kayaking or fishing.
Access is fully protected by a child-proof barrier that complies with swimming pool safety standards for your security.

Cancellation policy
Because unforeseen circumstances can always arise, here are our cancellation terms and conditions, designed to be fair and transparent:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 5 days before arrival: a 25% deduction will be applied.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.

Payment terms
- To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit will be required.
- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Information for your stay
Arrivals and departures
- Arrivals between 3pm and 6pm.
- Departures between 8am and 11am.
- Arrival and departure times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability.

Household linen: To ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable and perfectly hygienic stay, we systematically provide and install household linen, including:
- Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Large towels and small towels
- Tea towels
This means that everything is ready for your arrival, and you don't need to worry about a thing.

- Basic cleaning kit
Services added to the nightly rate:
- Tourist tax: €1.60 per adult/night
- Cleaning fee per stay: €30
